WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
All items must be paid for via our online store. Items that are being picked up from our Melbourne warehouse must be processed through the store and appropriate ID is required when collecting items.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Faulty or return items must show proof of purchase and include a RMA form. Please contact Netio Australia by emailing info@netio.com.au to obtain a RMA form or click here to download.
DO THESE ITEMS WORK IN AUSTRALIA
All items sold on the Australian store will be supplied with an Australian Electrical outlet plug.
ARE NETIO ITEMS CERTIFIED IN AUSTRALIA?
Currently electrical certification (C-Tick) has not been obtained for Netio products. If this is a requirement for your project please contact us before purchasing for more information.
